Dec 28, 2013  Question: Q: What browsers can I use for mac os x 10.5.8? Safari is updated but has not been working for the past few months and I have submitted it SO many times. I have it open for 30 seconds and it crashes EVERY time. Buy photoshop cs6 for mac. I'm currently using a very old chrome version but I can watch any videos at all on it. Firefox, Opera, Seamonkey, Internet. Sorry - I assumed that you had to stay with 10.5.8. The usual reason is when using a PowerPC Mac, such as a G4 or G5 Mac. Those cannot be upgraded to any newer OS X version That solution that I posted, with the PPC version of a nice web browser, is designed for those that want, or need to stay with PPC versions.
